Refund policy

Due to our products being perishable we cannot accept returns on items under any circumstances.

Should you wish to change your mind about the order, orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped we can no longer refund the order.

If the Product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond with its description, or the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, we will, at our discretion, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid or negotiate with you to keep the product if that is satisfactory to you, instead of refund or replacement. 

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the Products by You by emailing contact@choccheckpoint.com.au 
Order number must be provided with exact details of what the problem is. Photographic evidence must also be provided.
